Aldersgate is proud to announce the arrival in MENA of the popular and long-standing Interpersonal Power and High Performance Leadership course developed at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. This 5 day residential course will be delivered by Dr. David Bradford and Dr. Carole Robin of Stanford and provides participants with an opportunity to work on what he or she uniquely needs to do to become an even more effective leader.

We have developed, in response to client requests, a number of courses that address the developmental needs of both general and project managers. These all meet the PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements for maintaining the PMP qualification and can be delivered as stand-alone courses or form part of a series. We use an active learning methodology. This means that participants are engaged and understand the relevance of the course to themselves, their organization and job. It also means that participants learn faster, remember more, apply more of what they learn to their jobs, and find the course more interesting than with traditional training methods.

Our courses often involve more than one intervention so that participants have an opportunity to put into practice the knowledge and skills learned and to then reflect on areas where more change is necessary. Courses are often supported with coaching so that changed behaviour is further embedded with the use of coaching.
